These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from By Solène Paris. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them — they are short.

- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including wavelengths and specifications. Product photographs are illustrative; minor variation in colour or packaging may occur.
Important: every device we sell is a cosmetic skincare product, not a medical device. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a skin or eye condition, are pregnant, have epilepsy, use photosensitising medication, or have a pacemaker or metal implants, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
- Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Where a compare-at price is shown, it refers to the combined individual selling price of the items, or our own previous selling price for that product.
Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
- Obvious errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, offer the correct price, and refund you in full if you decline.
- Cancellation and returns
Your 14-day right of withdrawal and our returns process are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
- Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with our products. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
- Intellectual property
All text, imagery, branding and design on this site belongs to By Solène Paris or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for misuse of a device, or for use contrary to the instructions supplied with it.

- Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here removes those rights.
EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. We would always prefer you contact us first.
- Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
