Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking code as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery times and costs
Netherlands: 10–18 business days — €6.95, free over €75 Belgium & European Union: 10–18 business days — €12.95 Rest of world: 10–18 business days — €19.95
Delivery times are estimates from the moment of dispatch, not from the moment of ordering, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Where your order ships from
Our devices ship directly from our manufacturing partner network. This is how we are able to offer clinical-grade technology at a fraction of salon prices. The trade-off is honest and worth stating plainly: delivery takes longer than a local webshop. We would rather you know that before you order than discover it afterwards.
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders within the European Union are delivered with all duties and taxes settled — nothing further to pay on arrival.
For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may be levied by your local authority. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's thresholds before ordering.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will happily resend it, but the second shipping charge is payable by you.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us at . We will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged on arrival
Report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
