Does red light actually work, or is it hype?

Red light around 633 nm and near-infrared around 830 nm are the most researched wavelengths in skincare. They reach the dermis and support your skin's own collagen production. The important caveat: the effect is gradual and cumulative. This is not a filler and not a laser — it's a daily habit that makes a difference over weeks and months.

How quickly will I see results?

With consistent use, most people report a first change after two to three weeks — usually in skin texture and a less tired appearance. For a visible effect on fine lines, expect six to eight weeks. Anyone promising faster is overstating it.

How often should I use it?

For most devices: three to five times a week, ten to twenty minutes. More is not better — consistency is. Ten minutes daily beats half an hour three times a week.

Is it safe?

Red and near-infrared light contain no UV and do not burn the skin. That said, please speak to your doctor or dermatologist first if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, take photosensitising medication (certain antibiotics or isotretinoin, for example), or are being treated for a skin condition.

For EMS and microcurrent devices there's an additional rule: do not use with a pacemaker or metal implants in the face.

Can I use it with my serums?

Yes, and we recommend it. Cleanse, use the device, then apply your serum and cream. With EMS devices it's the reverse — apply a serum or gel before use, since the device needs it to conduct.

Will it work on my skin tone?

Yes. Unlike lasers and IPL, LED light therapy does not target pigment, so it is suitable across all skin tones.

How long does delivery take?

See our shipping page for current times by destination. We ship directly from our manufacturing partner network — that's how we can offer salon technology at a fraction of the price, but it does mean delivery takes longer than a local webshop.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll automatically receive a tracking code once your parcel is on its way.

What if I don't like it?

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. See shipping & returns for the procedure.

Is there a warranty?

24 months against manufacturing and material defects.

What plug does it use?

All our devices charge over USB-C or USB-A. You can use any phone charger, power bank or laptop. No adapter problems, wherever you are.
