Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking code as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Our devices ship directly from our manufacturing partner network. That's how we can offer clinical technology at a fraction of salon prices — the trade-off is that delivery takes longer than you may be used to. We'd rather tell you that upfront than have you discover it after ordering.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer law, and it applies to every customer regardless of where you are.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

How it works

1. Email [FILL IN: email address] within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number
2. You'll receive return instructions and the return address within 2 business days
3. Send the product back in its original packaging, complete with all accessories
4. We refund the full purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days, via your original payment method

Conditions

• The product is undamaged and shows no wear beyond what's needed to assess it
• All accessories, cables and manuals are included
• Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error

Warranty

Every device carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If your device isn't performing as it should, email us with your order number and a short description — ideally with a photo or video. Where the claim is valid, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

The warranty does not cover drop damage, water damage, or use outside the instructions in the manual.

Damaged or incorrect delivery?

Let us know within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and we cover the return shipping.
