Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–3 business days; EU delivery 3–7 business days. Tracking is provided for every order.

Returns

Not satisfied? You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened hydrogel masks cannot be returned.

Warranty

All LED devices come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer law.
